Year Built
The Toxic Substances Control Act Lead-Based Paint Renovation, Repair, and Painting Rule (RRP) is a set of regulations that must be adhered to by property managers and service professionals. By adding the Year Built, you can automatically send EPA messaging out to vendors to ensure compliance with these regulations, using Workflows.
You can also auto-assign specific coordinators, who may be more experienced with older/newer properties.
Meld 2.0’s new scheduling tool puts the emphasis on coordinating technician work more efficiently than ever.
The new scheduler tool is currently in beta mode, and will be released soon.
These efficiency-forward features are brand new, and exclusive to Meld 2.0.
