MAX is Re-imagining Maintenance Intake

MAX was introduced in 2025, through Property Meld’s acquisition of Mezo. Since then, we have made strides to launch MAX On-Call. MAX is a friendly AI bot helping to collect information, resolve issues, and mitigate emergencies, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 

We’re excited to announce that MAX On-Call is now available to all Property Meld users who are tired of the shortcomings of traditional call centers, and want a better solution for their teams and residents.
