Review Your Workflow Configuration

Urgent: Review Your Workflow Configuration.

We’ve identified that some of your active workflows may be configured to use the High priority status when they should be using the Emergency status instead. This distinction is important for how your team handles critical situations.

Why This Matters: Emergency status is designed to surface the most critical issues with greater visibility and handling capabilities than standard priority levels. If your workflows are currently set to trigger High priority instead, you may be missing opportunities to route and escalate these items appropriately.

What You Should Do: Review Your Workflows—check to identify any workflows currently set to trigger High priority. These may be candidates for Emergency status instead. Understand Emergency Settings—visit your Emergency Status Settings to review handling options, and how emergency workflows can better serve your operations. Audit Your Full Workflow Configuration—while reviewing, take this opportunity to evaluate all active workflows. Consider which workflows are actually delivering value, are there gaps where additional workflows would help, and are your current workflows properly aligned with your operational needs.
