Multiple languages now available to residents and vendors
In addition to Spanish, vendors can now select from 7 preferred languages for communications inside of Melds (chats).
New user interface
As Property Meld continues to upgrade modules within the software, the toggle to view the new user interface will be found on each new page. Once toggled on, all new pages will be visible by default. You can easily switch back, using the toggle found on any of these new pages.
Prohibit assignment from select vendors
[New User Interface only] If you’ve got vendors that you don’t want any new work assigned to, but cannot remove from Meld until they finish current work, you can now mark them as “assignment prohibited”. Use cases include vendors with expired insurance, missing EPA documents for asbestos, lead paint, etc., or you simply wish to remove them from your vendor network.
Sync AppFolio property groups
Now, AppFolio users can import property groups from AppFolio, just like you import properties, residents, etc. So however you have property groups set up in AppFolio will be mirrored in Meld. Previously you had the double entry of setting up property groups in AppFolio and then having to set them up in Meld as well. Now that can be automated.
Added Upload Vendor Invoice to Meld when status is “Vendor Could Not Complete”
Managers can now upload invoices on behalf of vendors who could not complete work, but performed enough work to require a bill.
