Technician Mobile App
Mobile Meld Creation
Technicians can now create, edit, clone, and cancel Melds directly from the technician mobile app. The full Meld workflow is supported from your phone, with your existing web permissions carrying over automatically. No desktop required. Every action updates in real time, consistent with the web experience.
Quick Check-in for Technicians
Photo uploads now run in the background and recover automatically after connectivity drops or the app is closed. Files are saved locally when offline and sync when connection is restored.
To ensure you are seeing these changes, make sure you’re currently running the v1.7 app. If needed, update manually via the Google Play store or App Store.

Hold Investor Funds (AppFolio users)
Property managers using AppFolio can now place a hold on owner funds at the time an estimate is sent for approval. When the hold is enabled, funds are earmarked in AppFolio and sync automatically upon estimate approval. This reduces payment delays when work is complete. To enable this feature, navigate to Integrations, AppFolio Integration, Settings and check the “Hold on Funds” option.
