Specify the Year Built For Properties
The Toxic Substances Control Act Lead-Based Paint Renovation, Repair, and Painting Rule (RRP) is a set of regulations that must be adhered to by property managers and service professionals. By adding the Year Built, you can automatically send EPA messaging out to vendors to ensure compliance with these regulations, using Workflows.
You can also auto-assign specific coordinators, who may be more experienced with older/newer properties.

Meld Merging Activity Log
Any Melds that are merged will show up in the parent Meld’s activity log.
Vendor Compliance Info
Protect your company and ensure that the vendors you are working with have valid Liability Insurance and Workers’ Compensation. Property Meld will detect when a Vendor’s compliance info is expired and will flag you when assigning work out.
