The Technician App now gives field teams access to the full Meld workflow from their phone. Create, edit, clone, and cancel Melds on the job, update assignments in real time, and keep work moving without waiting to get back to a desk.
New updates include:

- Update Meld details and assignments instantly when plans change in the field
- Every change syncs in real time across web and mobile

The technician app just got one of its biggest updates yet, putting more of the right tools directly in the field so work keeps moving without the constant back and forth between mobile and desktop. Technicians, tech leads, and supervisors can now manage work more independently, stay on top of assignments, and keep operations moving without relying on a coordinator to bridge communication gaps.
New updates include:
- Assign, unassign, and reassign Melds directly from the app
- View and search Melds across multiple properties and property groups
- Search by keyword or filter by property
- See assigned user initials directly on the Meld Detail view
- View available Melds nearby and pick up work on the fly
- Revisit completed Melds and access unit-level Meld history
- Upload photos in the background, even when the app is closed
- Removed Meld visibility caps for high-volume portfolios
- Cross-property search and mobile-first assignment management for multi-market teams
This release is especially impactful for larger portfolios and multifamily operators, giving field teams more visibility, flexibility, and control directly from the job site.
