Concise detail flyouts
Flyout panels ensure that all of the details you need to see are readily available with fewer clicks. Instead of navigating to another page, the flyout will allow you to see important info in the background, so you don’t lose the context of the Meld.
Better investor experience
Choose which information is shared with your investors, like line items, markups, or images.
An updated email experience will now allow investors to view all of the estimate details from an attached PDF, without needing to go into Property Meld.
Create estimates on a vendor's behalf
Keep Melds moving by creating and managing estimates on your vendor’s behalf. Additionally, manage which internal users have the ability to create and edit estimates.
Customizable markup
Markups will allow you to create your own default value that can be overridden on a per-line item basis, giving you total control over your pricing.
