Property Meld’s powerful vendor sourcing tool is now available in-app! With unparalleled convenience and efficiency, Vendor Nexus powered by Property Meld encompasses some of the largest and most reputable vendor sourcing in the industry. Focused on quality, affordability, and accessibility, the program promises to revolutionize the vendor selection process for property managers across the industry.

You’ve requested access to the beta – now what?
Keep an eye on the Vendors section of your Property Meld side navigation. Once added to the beta, you will see a new option to Find New Vendors.
Input your zip code to view available Nexus vendors in your area. The amount of vendors you’ll see varies by zip code (it’s possible that none will appear). As more vendor partners are added to Vendor Nexus, more will become readily available.
Connect the vendor(s) you would like to have access to. (Don’t worry… there are no additional fees for using Vendor Nexus)
Connecting generally happens within 24 hours.
Once connected, you will see that vendor appear in your assign dropdown when assigning new Melds.

When AppFolio users set a work order to “Ready to Bill” or “Completed No Need to Bill”, it will stay in that status even after Property Meld updates the work order in other ways. This ensures accounting teams always know what needs billing.
