Insight into your Maintenance
Surfacing maintenance data that we’ve been collecting since the early days of the platform has become essential in keeping up with ever-changing trends in property management. So it only made sense that this insight was embedded into the software as a critical tool for our users to make informed maintenance decisions.
Knowing which vendors are creating a negative resident experience, if certain work category expenses justify hiring internal technicians, or tracking your speed of repair to see where things are slowing down, are all examples of metrics that are available to you now, and are a crucial control panel to maintaining resident and investor satisfaction going forward.
AI Communications
Property Meld has always been a tool to make communication within the complex world of property maintenance EASY. But with AI, we were able to take that so much further. Translations are available to your vendors and residents, communication between your internal team, vendors, residents, and investors can be summarized with one click. Create a consistent, professional tone for your brand using AI Message Assist.
A Better Vendor Experience
It’s no secret, vendor relationship are tricky… That’s why the vendor experience is always a top priority when we develop new tools in Property Meld. Our translation feature broke down language barriers. The dedicated mobile app provided a clutter-free, easy-to-use solution in a familiar app-like package. With this and the ability to interact with Meld communication via texts on their phones, the message was clear — vendors needed a mobile-friendly solution, and we brought it. Single sign-on allows users to login to Property Meld using their Google or Apple account info – minimizing yet another hurdle.
Stronger Integrations
We have strengthened our integration partnerships, making the jump between platforms easier than ever. See updates related to your integration here.
So… what’s next?
New UI
Expect a completely refreshed Meld experience, with a new user interface coming soon. We’ve made some big quality of life improvements based on feedback from our users. Here are some of the new pages that are visible now.
Coordinator Data for Insights Pro
Metrics for Coordinator performance are coming soon, to Insights Pro. Similar to the current Technician and Vendor Performance data, you will be able to view your Coordinator team’s efficiency by work category.
Quickbooks Integration for Vendors
Vendors will soon be able to seamlessly sync invoices from Quickbooks to Property Meld, making it easy, fast, and accurate to complete the billing process for a Meld.
Enterprise Hub
Enterprise Hub is the headquarters of your maintenance organization. The hub will provide solutions for enterprise-wide reporting, analytics, configuration management, centralized maintenance activities, and more.
Meld Watchlist
This highly-requested feature will allow you to select specific Melds to receive notifications for. This is perfect if you don’t want to receive notifications for every single Meld, if you’ve got them divvied up amongst a team of coordinators.
Vendor Compliance
Soon, vendors will have necessary compliance statuses visible within Property Meld, to ensure vendors are lawfully able to perform maintenance. Couple this with the new Prohibit Vendor function that is currently available, and you have an effective way to CYA.
