Spanish-speaking vendors can now translate messages sent through chat.
Vendors can also set their preferred language displayed within the app.
Property-level recurring Melds
In just a couple simple steps, create recurring Melds for property-level maintenance like lawn care, air filter replacement, trash removal, window cleaning, pool cleaning, and other common area cleaning. Look for these settings when creating a new Meld:
Auto-populated forms for AppFolio vendors
When AppFolio-linked vendors register for Property Meld, the forms will populate with their info from AppFolio, rather than requiring manual entry. This should encourage more vendors to complete registration.
Warning for un-integrated properties/units
When trying to create a unit or property, integrated users will be discouraged from proceeding and warned of the consequences surrounding un-integrated units/properties.
