Cost projections
Cost Projection is a Property Meld feature powered by MAX that estimates a likely cost range for a Meld (work order). It uses a statistical model built from historical invoice and expenditure data, combined with the Meld’s taxonomy (for example, item, symptom, component, and location details). Permission to enter/resident presence required
This enhancement introduces new functionality to improve how property managers capture and manage two distinct, but related, pieces of information during a repair request: Permission to Enter (PTE): Legal or policy-required consent for staff to enter a resident’s home to perform a repair. Resident Presence Requested (RPR): The resident’s preference for whether they want to be present during the repair.

We’ve added the ability to view a work order in your accounting system (AppFolio, Rentvine, or Rent Manager) in Meld-created invoices.
