Add Recurring and Project conditions to Workflows
Automate standard practices for recurring Melds and project Melds, saving you time and labor costs. To do this, trigger Workflows based on a couple of new criteria:
Is Recurring Meld
Example: You have a weekly recurring Meld set up for lawn maintenance, and it is the resident’s responsibility to clean up any dog waste beforehand. You can automate a chat message to be sent out to remind the resident of those recurring Melds, every week. But you can also exclude that message from getting sent out when it’s a single Meld created for (let’s say) cutting down a tree. Here’s how to set that up in Workflows:
Has Project
How this is useful: Automatically assign specific coordinators to Projects
Example: Automatically assign Maria to all Project-based Melds, like turns, mitigation, or renovations. Here’s how to set that up in Workflows:
View which notifications your owners have active
You can now see which notification settings your owners have active. Knowing which communication channels they have active will help you connect with them. Additionally, you can ensure that you are not double-communicating through multiple channels, with this visibility.
Added logo to printed invoices, estimates, and expenditures
If you have white labeling enabled, your logo will now appear on any printed invoices, estimates, and expenditures. If you do not have white labeling enabled, the default Property Meld logo will be displayed.
Vendor Nexus added to the main navigation
Source reliable vendors with Vendor Nexus, now found in the primary navigation.
[AppFolio Users] Vendor assignment disabled when compliance expires in AppFolio
The allows AppFolio integrations to prohibit the assignment of vendors who are out of compliance on AppFolio. When the setting is turned on, any linked vendors that are out of compliance will be marked to not allow assignments until they are compliant in AppFolio (updating every sync cycle).
