What is PropertyCare+?
PropertyCare+ is a feature of Property Meld that enables you, as a property manager, to promote additional services to your property owners within Owner Hub, where they can opt-in to the additional services they would like completed on their properties, such as lawn mowing, gutter cleaning, HVAC inspection, and smoke / CO2 detector compliance inspection.
Why PropertyCare+
- Additional Revenue Stream – setting up recurring Melds creates automatic revenue for work that normally wouldn’t be considered with regular Melds, because it’s preventative.
- Preventative Service – having regular cleaning and inspections before peak seasons is critical to avoiding catastrophes when things break down and vendor/tech volume is at its max.

Owner Hub 101
- Owner Hub is a portal for owners to view and manage Melds for their properties.
- Owner access to Owner Hub is optional, so it is up to the property manager to send an invite, via the Property Meld app.
- Getting your owners on Owner Hub is the first step to setting up PropertyCare+.
Getting started with PropertyCare+
PropertyCare+ is found within Property Meld. You can create a new service or use template to select some pre-built services.
- Set the frequency of the service
- Owners opt-in for the services they want
- Set the estimated cost per unit
How it works
Create services that will be visible to owners registered with the Property Meld Owner Hub. There, the owner will be able to opt-in to the services of their choosing. As the property manager, you’ll be able to view any opted-in owners within the service detail page. This will allow you to offer preventative maintenance measures to your owners to prevent expensive repair costs. After the owners opt-in, you can create a recurring Meld that will automatically generate the Meld for the properties at the appropriate time.
