A faster, friction-free way for residents to access their Property Meld account.
With this new feature, residents can request a secure login link sent straight to their email, eliminating the need for a password and removing yet another barrier to adoption. Simple, seamless, and built to boost engagement from day one.
Resident Login
Residents will now see the option to “Request Resident Access” on the Property Meld login page.
Access Link
After entering their email address, the resident will receive an email containing their Magic *Access* Link.
Magic Link Email
By simply clicking the button in their email, residents are taken directly into their Property Meld account—where they can submit new Melds, track existing ones, and access all the tools and features available to them.
Whenever a Meld is updated—whether it’s a new chat message or a scheduling change—the resident receives an email containing a fresh Magic Link that takes them directly to the relevant page with all the latest details.
