Overview Data
Insights’ overview data gives you a snapshot of the health of your maintenance process, from a broad scale. This is useful for identifying where shortcomings are arising, at a glance.
Engagement Metrics
Quickly see if your Melds are experiencing communication breakdowns, using metrics tailored to resident, vendor, and investor communication.
Scheduling Efficiency
Track how efficiently work is being performed, through all stages of your Melds. Are vendors quick to schedule but slow to actually complete the work? Is this reflecting poorly in low resident satisfaction scores?
Staffing Efficiency
See how the volume of your Melds created compares to the amount that are actually being completed. If you’ve got a lot of demand for work, but not enough vendors or techs to complete it, this will be visible and provide you with the ways to correct it.

Analyze your maintenance spend over several months and compare year to year, to begin forecasting your maintenance roadmap.
