Vendor Performance

Monitor every aspect of your vendor network down to specific work categories and vendors.

Vendor Performance metrics can be filtered by Work Category, or by specific Vendors, using the filter at the top right of the page.

Vendor Performance will show you deep analytics into the following:

Vendor Health Score

Vendor Health Score gives you a quick look at the overall score of a specific vendor (using the filters). This score is calculated by combining a vendor’s speed of repair, resident satisfaction, and invoice amount, weighed against industry benchmarks.
