Scheduler 2.0
Currently in beta, an all-new scheduler is coming soon to Property Meld! With an increased focus on higher ROI and coordinating technicians efficiently, the new scheduler will have 5 notable upgrades:
1. Redesign
Improvements to the original scheduling tool such as a new drag-and-drop functionality that allows you to drop Melds right onto the calendar for scheduling, will significantly improve quality of life.
2. Recommendations
The scheduler’s powerful machine learning and AI can recommend Melds using data to help you schedule efficiently, assigning the right person to the right job.
3. External Calendars
The new scheduler will integrate with your Google and Outlook calendars, so that appointments like team meetings or personal obligations are not double-booked.
4. Multi-Appointment Melds
For Melds that require follow-up visits, you will now be able to add additional times instead of needing to clone the Meld. The new time will show up as an appointment on the calendar to help you visualize availability more accurately.
5. Map View
The Scheduler 2.0’s map view will allow you to see your technicians’ routes and make any adjustments necessary, based on factors like proximity and availability.
