Melds can now be created at a property level. This is ideal for spaces that fall outside of a specific unit or residence, such as communal spaces like hallways, recreational areas, and the buildings themselves (for multi-family housing).
Vendors and managers can now upload invoice files at $0. Previously, this was only permitted for invoices with line items entered in Meld.
Vendor can be unassigned through AppFolio API. When an AppFolio-integrated Meld switches from external to internal maintenance, the vendor will now unassign in AppFolio.
When creating a vendor, AppFolio users are now prompted to pull the vendor from the integration, rather than creating an independent vendor in Meld. This should significantly reduce the rate of invoices failing to sync due to unlinked vendors.
